Was a bit expensive for a 2005 scooby but he fixed a leaking rear windshield which is still working fine, put two new tyres and helped me with understanding the clunking sounds from diffs when you engage diff-lock at first but i had to go and get it laser aligned for extra money.The problem about pulling to the left was not “camber of the road” as i was told . Alignment was out by 3 degrees which is not huge but you want your performance car to be perfect.David and james are very helpful though, very good customer service. They might be fuming at you inside but dont show in their attitude or voice tone 😂

I approached James at Kintore Car Sales asking him to let me know if any vehicles became available that matched what I was looking for. James was happy to keep an eye out for me and he let me know that he would be interested in buying my current vehicle if I had seen another car for sale elsewhere. This ended up being the case and after being left disappointed by the trade in value offered from the garage I was buying my new car from, James subsequently offered me a competitive price for my vehicle, which was more than what some online sites were offering. The transaction was quick and very easy with the money being deposited straight into my account. James is not your usual car salesman, he is genuine and listens to what you are looking for when buying a car and takes into consideration the budget you have for buying your car. He is not a pushy salesman and answers all questions honestly. He also allowed me to test drive the car, twice, and his after sales support was fantastic. The car is exactly what I wanted and a little bit more. Eventually, when it is time for me to change my vehicle I will be returning to James from where I live in Glasgow as he the most honest and likeable car salesman I have ever come across. I don’t normally leave reviews but the service we received deserves a mention. We’d gone to see one particular car we had seen on Autotrader. The car was lovely and we had a nice test drive in it, we had discussed with the salesman (James) our needs and while we were happy with the one we’d driven he suggested another car which might suit us better. The second car was more than we had budgeted originally, but James was able to put together a great finance package which brought it within our reach. The result is we have a far better car than we’d hoped for. So rare to meet someone these days who doesn’t just want to take your money. I bought a 2009 SEAT Leon Cupra from Kintore Car Sales in March 2017. It is single handedly the very best car buying experience I have ever had and I’ve bought many cars in my time! From the very first viewing to purchase, James was very welcoming and extremely helpful.

This was the most expensive car I have bought, so naturally was cautious about certain items being changed like timing belts, service history etc. James put my mind at ease straight away by telling me he will do his very best to make sure the car is in the very best condition, which I know sounds an obvious thing to say but a lot of garages have said this to me and well….the car was not in the condition they stated.

James went to great lengths over 3 days to get an MOT, service, timing belt and water pump change, 4 x new tyres, front brake discs and pads, wheel alignment and a full inside and out valet. His communication was superb as well, keeping me up to date at all points.

I can’t recommend James at Kintore Car Sales highly enough, I will definitely be going back to him for my next car.

Bought a 2010 Civic Type R from James he gave me a great deal on my trade in 2x what other garages were offering, it’s an excellent car and when I did have an issue it was fixed for me under warranty and another part that was not covered by warranty was also replaced, would buy again.

So glad I got to deal with James, such a contrast to the pushy salesmen in major car dealers. James loves his cars that is cleary evident and the roster he had was impressive. It was noted every car on the shop floor was pristine regardless of the class of car. I had communicated with James a week before my purchase and he was nothing but helpful. I sent photos of the car I wished to part exchange and that was that. Shocking experience!!!
I usually don’t leave any reviews, but have to do this time. First off all they been kind and polite untill the car is sold. I had bought an Audi A5 last year on a wet day and didn’t notice about the rust on it. KCS sold the car with only One Key due to previous owner never managed to drop a off the spare key even i have asked them to post it, but same story over again(just a lies). The spare key is cost me £305. The costumer service is just a useless the every time you phoning them is only you get though the voice mail.
The warranty company is dodgy as well. We have done an agreement on a phone to get fixed my car locally under the warranty, but it left me to pay the bill of £280 and list goes on cars is always in a garage since I bought it.
Terrible experience with Kintore car sales I wish I’ve been not dealing with them, but too late.Not even worth a one star.

Just wanted to say that I traded in my car and purchased another from James at Kintore Car Sales. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Really nice, genuine guy. Took the time to get to know me, paid a fair price for my car, looked after all paperwork and MOT / servicing etc and also looked after transferring my private plate and fitted the plates too. Can highly recommend this garage and the team that work there, nothing was a hassle and they were happy to help when I had a couple of follow up questions and needed a fob battery changed etc.
I will definitely be back again in the future and wish James and all his staff all the best in the future.

Very happy with a straightforward, honest sale by James. This is not a place where they take in cars and flip them round quickly like the mainstream sellers. The car we bought was well prepared. The wheels had been refurbished, the brakes all round were renewed and the car was imaculate inside and out, and even under the bonnet was gleaming. The car was given a fresh service and MOT, and 6 months warranty too.

Very poor service and no communication. I put my car with gear box issue at the kintore car sale garage on 27 of March. After 3 weeks they told me that gear box was sending for test and it came with control unit failure. They said they would send control unit for re programming. After 2 more weeks When I checked they did not have any update about it. After 2 more weeks they said it was reprogram and it was on the way to kintore. When gear box was assembled and they resent it for test. They said it did not pass the test and now need a new unit.
If i wont walk there and ask for update they would never call and give you updates.
I ve got very poor communication of update whats going on with my car, I was not offer any replacement car consider i can only drive auto gear box. We are on 21 June and I still dont have my car.
I would avoid this place from now on… After I get my car back if I ever get it back

So after the first part of this review was written, 1 more month passed. We have been asked to pay in advance, apparently 50% (never heard that any other garage does it). Anyhow, we paid 2 weeks ago, and no receipt was provided to us. The car is still not fixed…
